Another way of making sushi!
There are a lot of alternatives for making vegan sushi.
We like to stuff it in with fake salmon (smoked carrots), tofu, pickled veggies, avocado, veggie slices and so on. And also change the rice to something else. Quinoa is a favorite, but buckwheat is also really tasty. Let the creativity fload!
Season them with rice vinegar, sesame oil, balsamico, tamari soy, herbs, fennel, ginger, cashews, anything!
